Title: Project Coordinator (remote / work from home)

Work schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm Eastern Time zone
N-Tier Disaster Recovery is a General Contractor based and registered in North Carolina, USA. We provide 24/7 emergency response services in remediation, repairs, and mitigation, for both commercial and residential properties. We are fully licensed, and have been in business for over 20 years.

• Monitoring the progress of assignments in different platforms.
• Ensures all new assignments and target dates/milestones are regularly communicated to the Project Managers.
• Ensures that all documentations are complied with prior to starting any project and upon completion of projects.
• Monitor any updates within multiple programs and platforms, communicate such changes to required parties, and making sure all requests are timely complied with.
• Reports to Accounting newly-started jobs and newly-completed jobs for invoicing
• Making sure that assignments statuses are updated accordingly.
• Other tasks that may be assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Project coordination or project management experience is preferred.
• Education related to the construction industry is a plus.
• Able to work Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm U.S. Eastern Time zone.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detailed-oriented and has strong organizational skills.
