Job Description

Duties:

•Perform cleaning duties including sweeping and washing floors, vacuuming carpets, changing towels and bed linens, washing windows and bathroom fixtures and kitchen appliances, and dusting furniture;

•Clean and disinfect common areas such as hallways, bathrooms and bedrooms.

•Empty garbage and recycling containers, and pick up trash;

•Cleaning Kitchen appliances, countertops, sinks and cabinets to ensure they are sanitary and presentable

•Checking and restocking cleaning supplies, toiletries and other household essentials as needed.

•Ensure that all housekeeping activities are carried out professionally and at the highest level of service;

•Check equipment to ensure that it is in working order;

•Perform routine housekeeping duties such as laundry, washing dishes and making beds.

•Report damage to rooms, furnishings and equipment and bring to the attention of owner the need for additional services such as work, renovations or replacement of items.

•Ensure that doors and windows are secured when leaving the premises and reporting any security concerns to the owner
