Job description:
> Design of injection mold plastics parts using CATIA V5 or NX parametric modelling. With Good command over GSD surface and solid modelling, assembly building and production drawing with GDnT.
> Very good knowledge on manufacturing and assembly to handle DFMA and design guideline as well as standards.
Mandatory Skills:
> Worked on New product development cycle of Automotive plastics part design
> Well versed with Automotive plastics part design guidelines
Plastics part tooling knowledge.
> Worked on car parts like headlamps, tail lamps, bumpers, tailgates, pillar trims, instrument panel, floor console, seating plastics, door trims
Assembly and drawing creation skills
> 3 to 5 years’ experience in GSD (surface) modelling using CATIA V5 and/or NX
> Has worked on analysis of parts (draft, clash, clearance) in CATIA V5/NX.
