Location: Marion, AL 36756

Full Time or Part Time Property Manager Position for a Private Company.

Our portfolio is HUD / Section 8 Housing

Our Job Duties include:

Supervising the on-site managers of the apartment complexes we manage.

Handle Maintenance issues with the on-site managers.

Will be the point of contact for the tenants for issues within the apartment complex.

Schedule:

Full Time or Part Time

We are flexible!

Open: Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm

No Nights or Weekends!

Compensation:

$15 - $25 Per Hour DOE + Benefits

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Property Manager or related industry is preferred.

We prefer previous experience in HUD / Section 8.

New Grads are welcomed!
