Medical Sales Representative New York, NY

We are looking for a motivated Medical Sales Representative/Clinical Care Coordinator to join our practice full time in New York, NY. This position will be part sales as well as a Patient Advisor/Clinical Care Coordinator, essentially being the initial sales contact of our practice + support system throughout the patient’s journey. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, action- oriented, skilled in supporting administrative and growth workflows, and a nimble learner who is customer focused.

Position Summary: As a Patient advisor/Clinical Care Coordinator, it will be your responsibility to build and maintain patient relationships throughout the patients care within our office. You will report to and work with the Director of Operations in New York City to cultivate an industry-leading, high-touch patient experience and contribute to the success of day-to-day operations at our flagship NYC location. As a Medical Sales Rep, you will focus on understanding patient needs and wants, helping them overcome obstacles and empathizing with their struggles and challenges. You will need to work and collaborate effectively within a highly team-centric environment.

Duties:

• Serve as the first point-of-contact and a constant companion throughout the patient journey

• Convey essential information about our services and value proposition to ensure conversion from inquiry, to consultation, and/or purchase.

• Engage with patients by phone, video chat, email, and patient portal.

• Complete appointment scheduling, diligently document encounters, collect payment, address patient feedback, and ensure that our clinical team is well-positioned to care for our patients as individuals.

• Work proactively as part of the in-office team, taking on additional tasks and projects as assigned with a roll up one's sleeves approach.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a customer or patient-facing role.

• Prior experience in sales, care coordination, and/or customer relationship management.

• Experience across several technology platforms including Google Suite and are comfortable learning new ones (namely EMRs and practice management software). ●

• Experience with patient or customer-facing role at a brick-and-mortar business.

Schedule:

• Full time

Compensation (range):

• $76,000 - $90,000 plus benefits
