Description:

Build a Functional Training Team:

Lead the expansion of the CL organization in Japan to establish a high-functioning training team.

Utilize successful APAC training organizations as a model for creating a robust team structure.

Deployment of Trainers and Field Sales Managers:

Deploy experienced Trainers and Field Sales Managers to strategic locations such as Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka.

Aim for a total team size of 10 members, aligning with the anticipated increase in personnel.

Tailored Training Consultation:

Consult on training strategies tailored to the unique situations in each geographic area.

Clarify and streamline the system to ensure an effective and efficient training process.

Collaborative System with CSD, CSM, and CSR:

Establish a more detailed collaborative system with each Customer Service Department (CSD), Customer Success Manager (CSM), and Customer Service Representative (CSR).

Ensure that the collaborative system aligns with the specific needs of each department.

Alignment with Organizational Goals:

Link training initiatives to organizational goals, including GOST (Global Organizational Success Targets), KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and CIP (Continuous Improvement Processes).
