Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Relationship Manager to develop and implement effective customer relationship management strategies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer loyalty, optimizing sales growth, and ensuring efficient communication between the company and its customers. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute customer relationship management campaigns to increase customer loyalty.

Prepare and implement universal customer relationship procedures at every level of the company.

Analyze customer behavior and measure their impact on business outcomes to update strategies.

Maintain smooth communication with customers and promptly respond to their queries.

Respond to and resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

Categorize customers based on common characteristics and personalize the approach effectively.

Run effective promotional activities to optimize sales growth and customer retention.

Utilize existing customer data to generate new leads and potential customers.

Understand previous customer attitudes to better engage current customers.

Identify new and more cost-efficient communication channels with customers.

Identify the most efficient customer interaction approaches and prioritize them accordingly.

Keep customers updated about the latest collections and special offers to increase sales.

Adopt new trends and strategies to expand the customer base, such as upselling and cross-selling.

Coordinate different departments in terms of customer interactions and enhance cooperation.

Notify administrators and upper management about all execution plans and required changes.

Monitor direct competitors of the company and analyze their customer relationship strategies.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma equivalent.

Work experience in Real Estate or Sales Department is preferred.

Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.

Great interpersonal skills.
