Responsibilities:

As a Senior Coverage Banker specializing in Enterprise Technology, the successful candidate will be responsible for origination within the assigned sector. The role involves working closely with Shubham Majumdar and requires a high level of expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Private Equity.

Key Responsibilities:

Origination: Proactively identify and pursue business opportunities within the Enterprise Technology sector.

Deal Structuring: Collaborate with internal teams to structure deals that align with the strategic objectives of clients and maximize value.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic advice and financial solutions.

Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics within Enterprise Technology to inform decision-making and strategy.

Due Diligence: Oversee due diligence processes to ensure thorough assessment and risk management for potential transactions.

Required Skills:

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Demonstrated expertise in M&A transactions, including deal sourcing, negotiation, and execution.

Private Equity: Proven experience in working with Private Equity firms, understanding their requirements, and facilitating successful transactions.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and provide valuable insights to clients for their long-term business goals.

Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and internal collaboration.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to assess the viability and impact of proposed transactions.
