Position: Medical Assistant (Occupational Health)

Location: Boston, MA

Status: Full-time; M-F, day shift

Clinic Type: Biomedical

Salary: $25-$28 per hour

Duties:

Providing support to occupational health department

Initial triage

Coordinate medical exams

Administrative support: answer phones, filing, completing forms, maintaining data sets, scheduling

Assists in wellness programs

Schedule rooms for vaccination clinics

Schedule employees for first aid and CPR classes

Requirements:

Experience as a Medical Assistant

Experience with Microsoft platform including; PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

Excellent written, verbal communication, and computer skills

Excellent customer service skills

The ability to set and deal with multiple priorities and deadlines
