Roles and Responsibilities -

· Understand the business and operational goals, RFP requirements of the client and recommend appropriate solution and offering

· Formulate and develop IT solutions for customers across different domain

· Collaboration with Technical Architects and Bid managers for creating and delivering proposals

· Understand, articulate and incorporate various strategies, define end-to-end business solutions for customers.

· Provide competitive analysis of solutions with differentiation and articulate value proposition

· Demonstrated experience in the Presales process framework, proposal submission process and best practices in order to convert leads to opportunities.

· Prepare and deliver solution-based, use case based presentations and demonstrations to customers. Present the value proposition to a variety of audiences from C-level to end-users and all levels in between.

· Defining functional requirements, business architecture, helping in Sizing & effort estimation is a must have.

· Identify business requirements, process, define Use Cases / User Stories, layout for UI/Web/Mobile screens

· Contribute to the sales team in driving revenue by qualifying leads. Answer requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) in a detailed and professional level.

· Keep abreast of business trends across industry on digital/modernization areas

· Provide thought leadership with appropriate whitepapers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have :-

· Bachelors in an engineering or computer science or business discipline (B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MBA)

Overall 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years of experience in defining requirements for the modern and large enterprise applications

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, Identifying areas for improvement,, and coordinate for implementing solutions

Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications

Responsible for creating / updating BRD & SRS, use cases, user stories

Improve systems by studying current practices and recommend to be process

Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures

Ensuring Solution meet business needs and requirements

Perform user Acceptance testing

Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
