Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Tele Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to our products/services, and ultimately converting leads into sales. Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

Present and promote our products/services to prospective clients.

Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Keep accurate and detailed records of interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Requirements:

High school diploma; higher education in sales or a related field is a plus.

Previous experience in plastic bags sales is highly desirable.

Comfortable working with sales targets and quotas.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
