Work Locations – Various Location in Lower mainland.

Job Responsibilities:

• Carrying out a variety of assigned tasks as per insulator’s Instructions on construction sites.

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials. Deliver construction material and tools, nails, glue, and other material on work site. Move the filling material from one place to another as per Insulator’s instructions.

• Using hand tools to cut materials to size and installing into the framework of Buildings according to design plans as directed by Insulator.

• Using hand tools, caulking gun, foam gun, knives, stapler & other power tools.

• Prepare surfaces for insulation application by brushing or spreading on adhesives, cement, or asphalt, or by attaching metal pins to surfaces.

• Remove or seal off old insulation, following safety procedures.

• Assisting with Installing sheet metal around insulated pipes with screws to protect the

• insulation from weather conditions or physical damage.

• Ensure that construction sites are well-managed and kept clean from debris and discarded material Working Setting

The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day or evening.

Working Conditions

Candidate should be able to lift weight (40lbs). Should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, rain, or shine.

Benefits

As per mutual agreement and BC Employment standards act 4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period with 10 days of unpaid vacation time or option to choose 10 days of paid vacation with no vacation pay with gross salary.
