Home Health Care Aide - Daily Pay Assignment

Position Responsibilities:

•Under direction of nurse providing verbal or visual reminders to take regularly scheduled medication (includes bringing clients previously set-up medication, medication in original containers, or liquid or food to accompany the medication).

• Provides Health Related assistance such as Medication Administration, glucose monitoring, blood pressures, and vitals.

• Assists clients with Personal Cares including bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, transfers.

•Performs basic Housekeeping/Other household chores such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and assisting with other assigned tasks.

•Required Skills:

•Ability to communicate effectively with empathy and compassion for clients, families and others.

•Ability to work in a team environment.
