Job Description:

- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy while addressing customer concerns.

- Assisting customers with product information, order inquiries, and issue resolution to ensure a positive experience.

- Documenting customer interactions and accurately updating customer records in our CRM system.

- Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.

- Collaborating with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.

- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.

Qualifications:

- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in using remote communication tools and CRM software.

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.

- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and procedures.
