Position Overview:

The Graphic and Layout Designer plays a pivotal role in our clothing factory, contributing to the creation of visually appealing and marketable clothing products. The ideal candidate possesses a strong sense of design, understands fashion trends, and can skillfully blend graphic elements with garment layouts.

Job duties:

Create unique and attractive patterns and prints for fabrics used in clothing production.

Collaborate with product development teams to integrate graphic elements seamlessly into garment designs.

Design logos, labels, tags, and other branding materials for the company's clothing products.

Ensure consistent application of brand elements across all clothing items and packaging.

Create visually appealing layouts for promotional materials, including catalogs, advertisements, and online marketing collateral.

Collaborate with marketing teams to align designs with promotional campaigns and product launches.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product designers, marketing, and production, to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.

Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas through sketches, mood boards, and presentations.

Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality and industry-standard designs.

Employment requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.

Proven experience as a graphic and layout designer, preferably in the fashion or clothing industry.

Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Understanding of fashion trends, color theory, and garment construction.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
