An Insurance Broker firm is looking to hire suitable candidates with a minimum of 2 years experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with clients and insurance companies.

2. Assessment of risk presented by clients and finding the best deal for their insurance cover.

3. Negotiating policy terms and costs with insurance companies.

4. Helping clients articulate their current and future insurance needs.

5. Arranging insurance cover for clients.

6. Reviewing policies/endorsements to ensure they meet the insured’s expectations.

7. Client’s claim processing.

8. Communicating with insurers and the insured.

9. Provide general insurance advise and customer service.

10. Researching insurance policies and products.

11. Renewing or amending existing policies for clients.

12. Preparation of monthly business reports using MS Office applications.

13. Explaining policy terms to clients.
