*Site Security Guard*

We are looking for a diligent and alert site security guard to join our team and protect our construction site from theft, vandalism, and other crimes. As a site security guard, you will be responsible for controlling the access of vehicles and visitors to the site, patrolling the site regularly, and reporting any incidents or issues.

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid SIA license, a clean criminal record, and a good knowledge of security procedures and regulations. You must also have excellent communication, observation, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and under pressure.

*Responsibilities:*

- Control the access of vehicles and visitors to the site, log the details of all vehicles, deliveries, and visitors, and escort visitors to the site office

- Patrol the site regularly and inspect the equipment, materials, and exits for signs of tampering or damage

- Report any incidents or issues to the site manager or the relevant authorities

- Respond to alarms, calls, or alerts and investigate the situation

- Provide assistance to site staff, contractors, or emergency services as needed

- Follow the health and safety rules and regulations of the site

*Requirements:*

- Proven experience as a security guard, officer, or similar role, preferably in a construction site

- Valid SIA license and security training certificate

- Knowledge of security procedures and regulations for construction sites

- Familiarity with security equipment and technology, such as CCTV, alarms, and radios

- Trained in first aid, CPR, and self-defense

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Physical fitness and stamina to perform the duties

- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
