Responsibilities:
Front Desk/Reception:
Greet guests and handle check-ins/check-outs.
Provide information about hotel facilities and services.
Answer phone calls and manage reservations.
Housekeeping:
Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas.
Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure cleanliness standards.
Restaurant and Bar:
Take food and beverage orders and serve guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas.
Provide excellent customer service.
Concierge:
Assist guests with information on local attractions and services.
Arrange transportation and make reservations for guests.
Maintenance:
Address and resolve any maintenance issues promptly.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are well-maintained.
Security:
Monitor and ensure the security of guests and property.
Respond to emergencies and report incidents.
Requirements:
Customer service-oriented with good communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and handle various responsibilities.
Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work different shifts.
Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
Salary: 2000AED to 4000AED plus Visa, accommodation and Allowance Will be Provide.
