Position Overview:

As a Tax Senior Manager with our company, you will be part of a dynamic team contributing to the firm's growth and success. This role offers a fast-track to Partnership for the right candidate, providing an opportunity to showcase solid technical skills, formulate recommendations, and implement solutions to complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Possess solid technical skills and demonstrate the ability to formulate recommendations and implement solutions to technical issues.

Learn new skills quickly and effectively share technical depth with others to enhance the firm’s technical expertise.

Participate in ongoing training to stay current with technical knowledge and industry trends.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s philosophy, reports, policies, and procedures.

Play a key role in business development activities, contributing to the firm's growth and client acquisition.

Make informed and broad decisions related to work, taking into account economic, political trends, proposed pronouncements, and potential legislative changes affecting the business climate.

Foster an environment that recognizes the team as the firm's greatest asset, leading staff management and training initiatives.

Promote the efficient operation of the firm, contributing to staff development and training.

Build collaborative relationships with clients, placing client satisfaction at the forefront of business priorities.

Qualifications:

5+ years of current CPA Firm experience.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting with an MBA preferred.

CPA Certification.

Proven ability to learn new skills rapidly and share technical knowledge effectively.

Strong understanding of economic, political trends, and legislative changes affecting the business environment.

Experience in staff management and training.

Excellent business development and client relationship skills.
