Endocare is a highly ambitious clinic with the mission to take on the prevailing pandemic of metabolic conditions in the Middle East, leveraging advancements in technology and their recent regulatory support (e.g. telemedicine)

Endocare has developed a proprietary treatment approach for people struggling with obesity in the form of a medicated lifestyle intervention. To achieve sustainable weight loss, patients receive personalized coaching throughout the medicated treatment period and beyond, helping them to achieve weight loss that lasts

We are looking for qualified and driven Sales & Customer Service Support to help grow our clinic and provide outstanding assistance to our patients

Qualifications and experience

Significant experience in Sales or Customer Service call center roles (outbound calls to leads to convert to customers)

Experience in healthcare sector is preferred

Duties and responsibilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build and maintain a positive relationship with customers

Ability to convince potential customers on the phone or through written communication (mostly Whatsapp)

Reliable with a passion for Sales & Customer service

Driven, energetic and willing to learn fast

High degree of flexibility and responsiveness to quickly react to customer queries
