Joining our team as an Independent Contractor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch residential cleaning services to our highly valued clients in the Greater Boston Area of Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Responsibilities:

1. Cleaning Services:

Perform thorough and efficient cleaning of residential spaces according to company standards.

Follow cleaning checklists and customize services based on client preferences.

2. Supply Management:

Provide and manage your own cleaning supplies and equipment.

Ensure all supplies meet company and industry standards.

3. Vehicle Requirements:

Possess a reliable and well-maintained vehicle for transportation to client locations.

Responsible for vehicle-related expenses.

4. Scheduling and Time Management:

Manage your own schedule in coordination with client appointments.

Adhere to assigned cleaning schedules and communicate any conflicts promptly via smartphone application.

5. Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns professionally.

Uphold a positive and friendly demeanor during interactions with clients.

6. Quality Assurance:

Maintain high-quality cleaning standards and meet or exceed client expectations.

Conduct post-cleaning checks to ensure thoroughness.

7. Health and Safety:

Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Follow COVID-19 safety protocols issued by health authorities.

8. Communication:

Keep open communication channels with clients and promptly respond to inquiries.

Report any issues, concerns, or incidents to the company.

9. Professionalism:

Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

Ensure a clean and organized appearance while on the job.
