Industrial Production Manager

Founded over 40 years ago in the South of France, CCEI is a globally recognized pool product manufacturer

and wholesaler of its own pool electrical equipment, with branches in the US, France, Canada, Romania, Spain

Italy, Tunisia, Mexico, Germany and Morocco. CCEI USA is the American outpost of CCEI. Over the past 5

years, our US branch has grown into a multi-million dollar business, manufacturing pool lights, transformers,

salt chlorinators, automation, and chemical feeders for pool builders across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Latin

America.

As a leading swimming pool electrical equipment designer and manufacturer, CCEI USA is looking to recruit

an experienced Industrial Production Manager for its Inglewood, CA based office and industrial site.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Production Manager to join our team. The

ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in directing the production operations of an

industrial manufacturing plant, a high knowledge of the swimming pool market, strong leadership and previous

experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

The Industrial Production Manager at CCEI USA will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all

production operations from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, high-quality standards, and process

optimization. S/He will be in charge of planning, directing, setting standards, implementing quality control,

supervising, evaluating personnel, and seeking continuous efficiency improvements. The role will also involve

collaboration, budget development, cost control, safety compliance, and staying informed about industry

trends. S/He will actively participate in continuous improvement activities and will report critical information

to higher management, while also liaising with cross-functional teams in the US, Canada, Mexico, France, and

its other branches, on a regular basis.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Management, Production Engineering, Industrial

Engineering, Business Management, or a related subject - Master’s degree preferred

• Minimum 4 years of increasing responsibilities in industrial production roles and 2 years in the

swimming pool equipment industry handling and leading the production of pool equipment, with

successful track record of productivity – must be experienced with production technologies, machine,

processes, finances/budgets, quality control, schedules, supply chain, human resources, and product

development activities

• Solid understanding of electronics and mechanics concepts

• Must have solid knowledge of the pool market at an international level, and preferably of our brand &

products

• Must be proficient in English and French (write, read and speak) to liaise with the French parent entity

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently but also to lead,

train and motivate staff

• Good business acumen, hands on leader, strategic & technical thinker, and results oriented

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with abilities to formulate realistic strategies to achieve

goals
