Under the leadership of Relationship Manager, the CRE will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

• Act as an overall shift in charge /Monitoring & managing entire site operations during the shift.

• Ensuring that all safety procedures are followed and that safety equipment is available and in good condition

• Supervising the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment, including hiring contractors for major projects

• Communicating with staff members to ensure that they are aware of any issues regarding safety or security

• Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling employees, ordering supplies, and arranging for repairs

• Monitoring equipment and machinery to ensure that they are in good working order

• Maintaining a safe and clean environment by complying with state and federal regulations regarding environmental issues such as waste disposal and recycling

• Coordinating activities with other departments within a facility or company, including human resources and security

• Monitoring employee attendance and making sure that they are performing their jobs correctly

• Hiring and training new employees, maintaining personnel records, and resolving employee complaints

• Maintain an aggressive hospitality outlook by anticipating student’s or resident’s needs.

• Actively and energetically seek opportunities to resolve any and all students or residents’ concerns in poised and confident manner.

• Cooperate, Coordinate and Communicate with other departments and vendors as required.

• Welcome & greet all visitors, Show around the property in case of any new inquiries, Support Sales team for tele calling.

• Maintain and surpass appropriate standards of dress, hygiene, nametags, uniforms, appearance.

• Help to ensure that any complaint or problem /or emergencies are handled in an expeditious and satisfactory manner

• Trained to respond to emergency situations and contact the proper authorities for any emergencies as per situation /Timely Incident Reporting to HOD

• Receive calls of the students or residents and register their queries; update the details on tracker and make sure that the queries are being conveyed to respective departmental heads at the earliest to resolve them. Also to make sure the complaints are resolved by giving follow up calls to students or residents

• Communicating courteously with students or residents by telephone, email, software and face to face interactions at Tribe Stays.

• Vendor`s attendance check/approval/bill check /bill process/payment follow up.

• Petty Cash Management as per laid down SOP.

• Manage ERP of respective area/building

• Maintaining feedback or complaints procedures for students or residents to use

• Keeping the students or residents updated on the status of complaints

• Taking/Producing Minutes of fortnightly or monthly Meetings with students floor representatives.

• Get students or residents feedback /Complaint’s and liaise with HOD for any remedial action.

• Perform all work as assigned by the Hospitality Manager as deemed necessary to maintain and operate the property at an optimum level

• Sending daily occupancy and service reports to concerned authorities

• RFID Band top-ups, all meals food tasting at Café and take appropriate actions in case of any issue in regards to food.

• Hostel Show around for new admission visits /Provide brief to them for Hostel amenities and facilities

• Support Sales Calling as per the instructions of Relationship Manager.

Qualification, Experience & Skills

Tribe Stays seeks a results-oriented individual with the ability to produce and lead teams in producing high quality deliverables, managing multiple concurrent tasks, and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail. The successful candidate is required to have:

• Hotel Management /Hospitality Diploma or Diploma in Facility Management

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Hospitality Sector or in similar role

• Flexible to do any shifts given by the reporting Manager

• Good knowledge of Microsoft office,excel,word, Mail etiquettes etc .

• Should be good team player and posses leadership qualities

• Good Communication Skills
