Piping Design Engineer

LOCATION: Alabang, Muntinlupa

WORK SCHEDULE AND SETUP: Monday to Friday (ONSITE) Compressed workweek schedule allowing four working days every other week

Flexible working time (6am-4pm, 7am-5pm, 8am-6pm)

QUALIFICATIONS:

*Preferably graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering, or other Engineering course

*Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Piping Design for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Manufacturing or other related projects

*Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines

*Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job

*Preferably with field experience – fabrication and construction

*Direct experience with Piping 3D Modeling using either S3D, P3D, E3D, Cadworx

*With computer and software skills to include the use of e-mail (Outlook), spreadsheet (excel), presentation (powerpoint), AutoCAD or Microstation programs

Job Responsibilities:

*Assist in the development and review of project Scope of Work, and other project baseline documents.

*Develop specifications for piping line class, fabrication & testing, flexibility analysis and others as required.

*Supervise or perform moderate to complex 3D piping layout and equipment.

*Establish and lead squad checking for vendor equipment documentation.

*Prepare & review scope of work for third party contracts.

*Train entry level engineers.

*Respond to Field Requests for Information at routine level.

*Perform all aspects of detailed engineering including drawing production.
