• Assist the HR Manager and department in creating and developing employee performances, assessments, and company policies.
• Handles and follow up Legal and government related matters for company.
• Facilitate and support all administration task i.e visa, residency, renewal, transfer, and cancellation duties.
• Maintain HR files and records in accordance with company procedures and confidentiality standards.
• Preparing time sheets, payroll reports, monthly salaries, deductions, and overtime calculation.
• Preparing employee benefits, compensations, indemnities, and annual leave calculation.
• Supports administrative and recruitment division.
• Responsible for employee relations task (i.e hiring, onboarding, resignations, warnings, leaves, terminations, circulars, and employee certificates).
• Handles, inputs, and maintains HR software and system.
Job requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, social work or similar field.
• Previous working experience as a HR personnel or HR officer.
• Advanced Mathematical and management skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency and familiarity with payroll software, systems, and procedures is a must.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Kuwait labor law.
