A well established fuel service station based in Brits, North West has a vacancy for an Assistant Manager to commence duties as soon as possible.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

Stock Control

Staff Management

Daily planning, checking and completing checklists

Management of merchandise

In charge of safety, housekeeping and maintenance

Daily operations at fuel station and convenience store

Maintaining fuel and merchandise inventories

Handling customers, equipment malfunctions, pricing complaints and customer service requests

Any other ad hoc duties that might be assigned

Requirements:

Matric / Grade12

Computer-literate

Good communication skills

Honest and reliable

Valid Drivers and own vehicle

Able to work under pressure

An open eye for detail and theft management

Good mathematical skills

Quick/fast thinker and hard-working

Willing to work the long hours without the occasional excuse

Please note that retail hours (06:00–18:00) apply for this position, which includes every 2nd weekend.

Off days: Every 2nd weekend and a day during the week of the weekend, you will be working
