Job Overview:

Stunited is a dynamic social media platform based in United Kingdom, catering to students and young people, is looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key player, you will contribute to managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience in a similar organization or other organizations.

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment legislation, and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee relations.

• Certification in HR is an added advantage.

• Must have a great understanding and passion for AI and machine learning with a willingness to explore and learn more about these areas in the perspective of HR and network building.

• Working hours: 2 PM to 10 PM (Work from home) and must have own PC.

Mandatory:

• Experience certificate as HR.

• Must have English proficiency (English medium background preferable).

• Proficiency to run recruitment ad campaigns, interview candidates, and source the best talents.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and interviewing.

• Develop and implement effective strategies to attract top-tier talent.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.

• Conduct periodic audits to maintain compliance.

• Maintain accurate HR records and databases.

• Regularly recruit and identify effective talents.

Salary Package:

• Up to 5 Lacs

Added Advantage:

• Experience working with monday.com or other similar CRM tools.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work within UK working hours.

• Constant touch with the UK office between 8.30 AM to 4.30 PM GMT (2 PM to 10 PM IST).

User's Additional Requirements:

• Must have a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A very good proven track record in school, college, and university education (above 75%).

• A brilliant team player with a strong collaborative spirit.

• Should have a proven ability to excel in academic settings.

Remote Work Infrastructure:

• Candidate must possess a well-equipped home office infrastructure to effectively work remotely.

• Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Adequate hardware and software resources to facilitate seamless remote work.

• Familiarity with virtual communication tools and platforms for effective team collaboration.

• A passion for handling big data and a demonstrated love for working with extensive datasets.
