Kitchen Helper

Duties of the Kitchen Helper include:

• Prepare meal ingredients for the cook, including washing, peeling, cutting and slicing ingredients

• Assist kitchen staff to unload food supplies from delivery trucks

• Mop and sweep the kitchen area

• Wash, sanitize, dry and put away dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

• Pack takeout orders for customers

• Store ingredients and food items according to food safety standards

• Take out of the garbage and replace garbage bags

• Clean food preparation and storage areas
