Job Description

Duties:

• Greet guests, present menus and make recommendations.

• Answer questions regarding food and beverages

• Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff

• Recommend wines that complement guests’ meals

• Serve food and beverages

• Present bill to guests and accept payment

• May perform sensory evaluation of wines.
