Location: Houston, TX 77001

Full Time Spanish Speaking Human Resources Manager Position for a Private Property Management Company.

This position sits at the top of the Human Resource Department and takes the lead when it comes to any and all human resources matters and functions.

This Human Resource General Manager must educate, train, monitor, problem solve, and ensure company HR policies are followed across all employees, managers, and executives.

Additionally, the HR General Manager’s responsibilities include directing and overseeing the hiring, training, and dismissal processes and administering and monitoring benefits programs.

Schedule:

Full Time

Mon - Fri: Daytime Shift

No Nights or Weekends!

Compensation:

$60K - $70K Salary + $7K Bonus + Benefits

Requirements:

Must be Bilingual in English & Spanish!

Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Property Manager
