Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner

- Answer, screen and forward telephone calls

- Provide accurate information to customers and colleagues

- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment logs

- Manage and direct incoming and outgoing mail and emails

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
