Description:

Team Management: Supervise, train, and mentor administrative staff, ensuring their professional development and performance excellence.

Policy Development: Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Stay up-to date healthcare regulation.

Communication: Maintain clear communication channels between departments, fostering effective collaboration and information flow. Answer queries from doctors, Nurse and healthcare staff.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve administrative challenges promptly, implementing innovative solutions to improve processes. Resolve potential issue with patients.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards governing administrative activities.

Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations for the administrative team, providing constructive feedback and setting performance goals.

Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and external partners to negotiate contracts and maintain positive relationships.

Patient Management: This involves handling everything related to the patients in a hospital. It includes guiding patients with their payment options, overseeing medical insurance claims and other patient-related government regulations.

Law and public Policy: Administrators with a specialisation in law and public policy are responsible for making sure that the facility complies with the governmental laws and regulations. Represent hospital in various legislative proceedings hen being authorized by higher management. Responsibility of law and Order of hospital.

Financial: Hospital administrators know how to handle the budgeting, purchasing and forecasting of the financial operations of the facility. Create quarterly and annual budgets. Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternative. Processing bill raised against expenses for various activities.

Liasioning : Liaison with Govt. Authorities and contractors providing various services to the hospital. Travel Management: Provide support for travels done by the hospital personnel for official purpose.

Others Responsibilities: Manage House Keeping & Security for excellence frequently Services. Manage Medical records for various specialities of the hospital with medical records Department. Look after canteen and other of hospital. Provide for arrangements for various training and other seminars. Ensure promote ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies with managers porches. Perform other related duties as assigned

Preferences: . Ex- Army Official . Excellent Oral and written Communication.

Legal Background . Healthcare Industry Experiences . 10 – 15 Years in relevant role. Education: . Any Post Graduation
