Full Time Property Manager Position for a Private Company.

Our Job Duties include:

Supervising the on-site managers of the apartment complexes we manage.

Handle Maintenance issues with the on-site managers.

Show the property.

Take the credit applications.

Will be the point of contact for the tenants for issues within the apartment complex.

Schedule:

Full Time

40 Hours A Week

Mon - Fri: Day Shift

No Nights or Weekends!

Our site visits are conducted in the mornings and afternoons.

Compensation:

$40K - $55K Salary DOE + Benefits

Requirements:

Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Property Manager or related industry
