Our client in the workforce solutions industry is seeking marketing rockstar to grow our brands, shape our future. This individual will be part of the marketing framework that enhances the Professional Portfolio’s brands and optimally positions the same to achieve the defined growth strategy of the workforce solution portfolio of companies. Be a functional member of the portfolio’s management team enhancing and enabling from a marketing perspective, the effective execution of the sales and operational environment.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field

3-5 years proven experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign development, digital marketing, and content creation

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot) and CRM systems is a plus

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional channels

Update and develop content, including marketing material, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and website copy, that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand voice and messaging

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges

Track key performance metrics and analyze campaign data and prepare regular reports

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Work closely with internal teams, including sales, business ops, and design, to coordinate marketing activities and support overall business objectives.

Coordinate marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars. Manage logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up activities to maximize impact
