Title of Position – Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of the restaurant operations. To be a successful General Manager, you must first build an exceptional team: recruiting, hiring, training, developing, mentoring, and maintaining a quality staff that leads to consistent turnout on all levels from the Front of House to the Back of House. Administrative duties include but are not limited to strong P&L analysis skills, cost control, completing financial reports in a timely manner, delegating throughout the rest of the management team and maintaining staff files. Our General Manager should have a positive attitude and be goal oriented and results driven.

Qualifications:
3+ years of general management experience in a high-volume atmosphere
A true passion for the development and mentoring of others
Must be proficient in achieving solid financial results

Should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the organization
