Requirements

Responsibilities –

Client Management at Local / Warehouse Level – should know the key people in that

warehouse

Sourcing ability – Experience about the sourcing pool / areas where candidates need to be

sourced from

Knowledge and experience in Online / Social Media Sourcing

Should have experience of Both Peak time hiring and non peak time de-hiring

Should be willing to travel, must have 2 wheeler

Proven Ability to build team of Recruiters and Implants, manage them & monitor their

performance

Should know English, Hindi and Local Language

Attain Hiring targets in the Assigned Location

A Right candidate would be one who has experienced High volume Hiring and transactions related to

the same.
