Salary: Up to £55k + 8k car allowance + 8% bonus + excellent benefits

Remarkable Jobs are excited to assist a client of ours, with the recruitment of a Civils Site Manager and a Site Engineer.

We are looking for an experienced Civils Site Manager and Site Engineer to oversee the execution of civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Civils Site Manager / Engineer Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations on site, including supervising and coordinating site staff and subcontractors.

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.

Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

Conduct site inspections and address any issues or discrepancies.

Liaise with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, material usage, and labour hours.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Civils Site Manager / Engineer, Key Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Site Manager and or Engineer in the civil engineering sector.

Strong knowledge of civil engineering construction processes, methods, and materials.

Full UK Driving License

Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret civil engineering plans and specifications.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good problem-solving abilities.

Relevant certifications or qualifications in civil engineering or a related field.
