A well established firm in the Columbus area is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to come join their firm. This firm is growing and is looking to add an experienced CPA to come aboard and help leadership continue to grow the legacy of this firm. This firm has excellent benefits, generous PTO, and a 401k program. One unique way they keep company culture high is their billable hours are lower than most (1300-1400 billable hours). Ideally the Senior Tax Manager should be right on the cusp of becoming a partner as this firm is looking to have them eventually fill a void that will occur due to retirement in the next year or two.
The Senior Tax Manager will be responsible for:
Helping train new staff members
Review returns
Help with clients
Bring in new business to the firm
Continue to build up the culture of the firm
Ideally the Senior Tax Manager should have:
CPA
Degree in Accounting
10-15 years of recent public accounting experience
Experience with larger firms
Previous leadership experience as a Senior Tax Manager
