Position: Residential Construction Estimator/Purchaser

Schedule: HYBRID! Currently, the position entails three days in-office and two days remote work.

Job Description: As an Estimator/Purchaser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring precise take-offs and budgets, managing material procurement, and balancing cost efficiency with quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Estimating costs, conducting quantity take-offs, and overseeing budgets.

Identifying and addressing cost discrepancies.

Collaborating on product development with architects and design teams.

Providing support to field supervisors.

Maintaining the product database and offering support to the sales team.

Issuing timely purchase and work orders.

Conducting cost analysis and updating price files.

Tracking and estimating costs for plan changes.

Building and managing relationships with contractors and suppliers.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Excel is essential.

Tech Savvy

Minimum of 3 years of experience.

Compensation:

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually (negotiable up to $80,000 based on market factors).

Annual bonus.
