What You’ll Do:

As a Project Manager at Realm, you'll be the driving force behind our innovative projects, ensuring they exceed client expectations while being delivered on time and within budget. Your role will involve:

Orchestrating multiple high-value projects, ranging from high-end residential to expansive commercial ventures.

Collaborating closely with architects, builders, and clients, forming lasting professional relationships.

Expertly managing project timelines and budgets, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

Leading our field installation crews with your exceptional communication and management skills.

Documenting and managing project changes with precision and clarity.

Who You Are:

We're looking for someone with:

Proven experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.

A strong track record of working with architects, builders, and homeowners.

Skills in managing, documenting, and adapting to project changes.

A commitment to completing projects efficiently and within budget.

Familiarity with construction documents and blueprints, particularly in residential and commercial settings.

Understanding of A/V equipment and installation processes.

Proficiency in Lutron Homeworks, Control4, Savant, Crestron, and other relevant platforms.

A professional demeanor and meticulous attention to detail.

Experience in managing projects with significant financial and time investments.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
