While Rothco's heritage is rooted in authentic military apparel and gear serving Army Navy dealers around the world; Rothco also serves the Tactical, Public Safety, Survival & Preparedness, Outdoor & Camping, Government Suppliers, Uniform & Work Wear, Promotions & Advertising, Airsoft & Paintball, Screen Printing & Embroidery, Gift & Hobby markets.

Rothco is looking for a dynamic and highly detail-oriented Part Time Sales Associate. The Sale Associate Role at Rothco will be the principle point of contact between the company and our customers. The sales associate will work in all company sales activities to ensure current customers have the right products, identity new markets, customer leads, and pitch prospective customers. The primary function of this role is to aid in the acceleration of the growth of sales while executing appropriate sales strategies and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.

Please note that this is an in-office position, five days a week: (schedule: Monday to Thursday 10am to 4pm and Friday 10am to 3:30pm)

Qualifications and Skills:

Sales/ Customer Service Management

Ability to meet sales goals

Advanced closing skills

Experience in territory/ account management

Experience in using CRM to manage sales process

Strong negotiation skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and ability to function well in a high-paced environment.

Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Strong critical thinking, analytical skills and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

2 years of inside sales experience required

Responsibilities:

Direct communication with assigned sales accounts.

Partner with Customers: Analyzing of account purchases, suggesting on product lines, product placement and marketing efforts

Effectively identify areas of sales challenges and opportunities

Developing key relationships with customers.

Servicing existing accounts and establishes new accounts

Focusing sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.

Effectively keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports.

Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques

Recommending changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

Providing historical records by maintaining accurate information/ records on customers sales. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
