We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team!

Function:

The Program Manager is a support professional which leads the role of coordinating and planning of jobs, including estimating, purchasing and engineering support. Providing communication to the customers and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner. This also includes managing any outsourcing services needed to accomplish any job requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinating and planning of new incoming jobs, including contract review.

Manage current production programs including review of current production plans, material planning and scheduling ensuring delivery dates are met in a timely fashion.

Manage purchasing and any outsourcing requirements, ensuring delivery requirements are in line with production delivery requirements.

Support estimating and engineering with all incoming and current production jobs.

Provide communication with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction at all levels.

Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.

Qualifications:

Must have high school diploma or GED.

Must have experience in Program Management in a manufacturing environment, preferably 5+ years, with experience of direct customer contact and relationships.

Experience in office administration, Proficient in Microsoft Office software and handling confidential files and records.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Must be skilled at multitasking/ time-managementCompany Description
