Work is carried out in an independent, professional manner with minimal supervision.

Required Knowledge & Skills Education: Technical or Vocational school plus up to 2 years specialty training Experience: Three months of related experience Licenses and Certifications * HEALTHCARE PROVIDER (CPR) * RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST Qualifications * Graduate of an approved 2 year Radiologic Technology program.

* Registered Technologist * Prior experience in CT field.

Must complete CT Level 1 Competency assessment.

Functions Area of Responsibilities * Performs CT procedures and Radiology procedures.

* Responsible for CT maintenance on equipment including proper records.

* Responsible for QA/QC programs.

* Demonstrates competency in patient care according to the age of the patient and population served.

* Responsible for individual continuing education to maintain registry.

* Responsible for CQI related duties.

* Responsible for maintenance of proper patient records.

* Demonstrates the ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of patient's needs.

* Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development.

* Demonstrates understanding of the range of treatment needed by these patients (age and diagnosis). * And other related duties.

Compliance Statement Employee performs within the prescribed limits of Tanner Health System's Ethics and Compliance program.

Is responsible to detect, observe, and report compliance variances to their immediate supervisor, the Compliance Officer, or the Hotline.
