As a Project Manager, you will be responsible to manage contractor’s organization, planning, coordinating, scheduling, procurement and cost control of the WORKs including establishing priorities and allocation of manpower in order to ensure all required technical, engineering, cost and safety standards are fulfilled and project objectives achieved.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in a similar role in Surf & Pipe Pre-FEED or FEED with around 15 to 20 years’ experience in project management and services on oil & gas projects.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

The role responsibilities include:

Manage CONTRACTOR’s entire effort for execution of the WORK.

Manage CONTRACTOR’s organization, planning, coordinating, scheduling, procurement and cost control of the WORKs including establishing priorities and allocation of manpower in order to ensure all required technical, engineering, cost and safety standards are fulfilled and PROJECT objectives achieved.

Manage overall responsibility for delivering the CONTRACT WORK scope, keeping within the APPROVED schedule for the WORK, complying with all relevant government and international legislation, and meeting or exceeding COMPANY’s technical, cost and HSE expectations. The Project Manager shall also be responsible for establishing objectives and priorities, monitoring progress, conducting audits and reviews, and ensuring that sufficient resources are available in order to perform the WORKs.

Ensure that there is an effective HSE Policy and that it is fully implemented with respect to all matters within CONTRACTOR’s team control. He/she shall ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet the requirements of the HSE policy and the HSE plan and ensure that WORK activities are carried out in accordance with COMPANY’s HSE policy, procedures and plans.

Review HSE performance, assessments and reports and receive advice from his/her HSE manager and HSE coordinator and ensure corrective action is taken as needs are identified.

Liaise with COMPANY’s management on HSE matters. The Project Manager shall be responsible for, with COMPANY assistance, interfacing with other PROJECT CONTRACTORs in order to progress other work scopes.

What you’ll have

Degree in engineering with around 15 to 20 years’ experience in project management and services on oil & gas projects.

Candidate must have held a similar role in SURF & Pipeline Pre-FEED or FEED.

Candidate shall have experience with engineering design work processes and project control processes to ensure execution of the WORK in line with COMPANY’s requirements. Experience in Indonesian project or equivalent is preferable.

The Project Manager must have excellent project management and project control skills, be able to interface and negotiate with THIRD PARTIES, and have sufficient technical, commercial and HSE experience to make sound judgments relating to the WORKs.

Bachelor of Science degree in engineering related field, and ideally have chartered engineer status within a recognized Project Management institution.

A second qualification either in engineering or business management would be an advantage.

Have a minimum of fifteen (15) engineering experience of which around ten (10) years must have been in Pre-FEED or FEED studies. The candidate shall have experience in managing facility Pre-FEED or FEED study teams of similar size for Greenfield Subsea and Pipeline Project.

Have a minimum of seven (7) years Project Manager Experience.

Have an experience of EPCI project of Greenfield Subsea and Pipeline or equivalent.

Demonstrate capability in Project Manager role of large scale Subsea and Pipeline project by listing up the experienced project name and Project Phases of Pre-FEED, FEED and EPCI.

Have successfully controlled budgets and managed scopes to a tight schedule.

Have previously held the position of Project Manager of Subsea and Pipeline Pre-FEED studies in an engineering consultancy.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and superior planning and organizational skills.

Experience in Indonesian project or equivalent is preferable
