Hiring: Restaurant Manager
Location: Reston, VA
The Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and overall guest satisfaction. They manage staff scheduling, training, and performance, while also handling inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining health and safety compliance. The role involves financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis to drive profitability. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager fosters a positive work environment, resolves customer complaints, and implements marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Requirements and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent education (GED), required
Must have 3-5 Years Manager experience
Must be certified in all hourly positions and pass manager training within allotted time and have completed any additional training with regards to the Restaurant Manager position
Understanding of basic computer and internet navigation skills, required
Must demonstrate understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures and can coach and teach their team
Must pass a background and credit check
Flexibility to work different job functions, shifts, overtime
Must be able to work at any restaurant within region from a food/ alcohol licensing and transportation perspective.
