Position: Healthcare Business Development Representative
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST
Salary Range: $2000-2500 USD/month

Scope of the role
As a Healthcare Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating leads and opportunities for our suite of innovative healthcare solutions. Your main tasks will include setting up phone meetings and demos with potential clients, following up on leads from marketing campaigns, and supporting outside sales executives as needed. You'll also be expected to complete daily outreach activities, document sales activity in our CRM system, and effectively communicate our product's value proposition to customers. This role requires a competitive, innovative, and resourceful mindset, along with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Duties and Responsibilities:
Setting up phone meetings and demos with prospect contacts and our Subject Matter Experts.
Assisting in sales and marketing campaigns, following up on cold and warm leads generated.
Supporting outside sales executives as needed.
Completing 100 dials and 150 CRM activities per day.
Following up with leads generated from conferences and setting up meetings with our SMEs.
Demonstrating product focus and value proposition to customers.

Qualifications:
At least 2 years of sales experience.
A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized school.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. English C1+
Self-motivation and a tenacious personality.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Prior experience working in US time zones (EST, CST, MST, or PST).
Previous sales/customer services experience with US-based customers.
A reliable office setup with fast internet connection and personal computer.
