Director, CFO Technology

Job location: Dallas, TX

Responsible for managing projects and teams through implementation process to resolve strategic and operating problems specific to client’s computer systems, to improve the operational performance and ultimately improving the client’s overall business goals, strategies, and operations.

Duties include:

Work directly with clients to analyze, prepare and manage objectives, scope, project plan, timeline, budget, and resource plan for NetSuite computer system implementations;

Work directly with clients to document business requirements and translate them into specific computer system NetSuite functionality;

Develop and research effective NetSuite computer system solutions in collaboration with functional and technical team members to increase client’s computer system efficiency;

Oversee the effective transition of computer system requirements to delivery team, ensuring a clear and complete understanding of technical requirements;

Identify risks and oversee computer system mitigation plans in close collaboration with clients;

Facilitate weekly status meetings with clients & prepare weekly status reports for computer system implementations and upgrades;

Configure and highly customize client NetSuite computer system environments to develop technical proof of concepts and present sustainable technical solutions for computer systems to client executives and key stakeholders;

Provide in-depth technical analysis and support to clients and serves as the ‘go-to’ resource on all technical computer system related inquiries;

Attend pre-sales meetings with prospective clients to assess computer system project level-of-effort with team members;

Supervise, mentor and develop junior technical consultants and business analysts on computer system application and implementation methodologies, to increase efficiencies and processes.

Position supervises 10 peers including, Solutions Architect Managers, Senior Consultants, and Consultants.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field, and 4 years of experience managing NetSuite computer system implementation projects and teams for clients.

Domestic travel required approximately 30% of time. Once every 1-2 months to various client sites.

Experience must include the following, which may be gained concurrently:

4 years of experience translating business requirements into specific computer system NetSuite functionality, including NetSuite data model/configuration and transaction flows in one or more of the following areas: Lead-to-Order, Order Management/Fulfillment, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report;

4 years of experience identifying risks and overseeing computer system mitigation plans in close collaboration with clients;

4 years of experience configuring and highly customizing client NetSuite computer system environments to develop technical proof of concepts and present sustainable technical solutions for computer systems to client executives and key stakeholders; 4) 4 years of experience supervising team of professionals on computer system applications and implementation methodologies;

and 4 years of experience using NetSuite Module including, Advanced Manufacturing, Inventory, Demand Planning, Assemblies, and WIP & Routings.
