Role Responsibilities
Work on all budgeting initiatives including Strat Plan, LE, Big Rocks and FY Budget finalization till GM level
Work with RevMan team to track I3N guidelines for the entity and assist in implementing recommendations at a region level
Work with commercial finance on pricing recommendations and cost card approvals
Management of month-on-month BIO allocations for states and work with S&OP to facilitate ordering requirements on unallocated brands
Track and publish LE during the month versus Budget, MMF through collaboration with regions
Work with regions and S&OP on long-term demand view and participate in the IR to firm up P&L view
Creation of IBR and MBR deck and provide variance commentary for FP&A and leadership reviews
Qualifications
Graduate/MBA/CA with 4-6 years’ experience, preferably an MBA in Finance
