Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Business Expansion: Identify and secure multifamily third-party management opportunities while fostering enduring relationships with multifamily owners.

- Compelling Presentation Development: Collaborate closely with our marketing department to craft persuasive presentations tailored to diverse stakeholders.

- Industry Representation: Serve as a distinguished ambassador for GoldOller in high-level meetings and industry conferences.

- Partnership Cultivation: Develop and deliver customized proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of partnering with GoldOller.

- Market Insights and Compliance: Remain abreast of industry trends and market dynamics, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.

- Seamless Onboarding: Oversee the seamless transition of new properties during the 90-day onboarding period, implementing strategic plans for sustained success.

Key Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily property management, with a preference for candidates with a background in business development or real estate brokerage.

- Exceptional Communication Skills: Proficiency in conveying complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.

- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and attention to detail.

- Regulatory Acumen: Thorough understanding of multifamily property management laws and standards.

- Technological Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in software applications such as Excel, Word, and other relevant tools.

- Mobility Requirement: Possession of a valid driver's license and a willingness to travel as necessary.

- The Philadelphia location is preferred, but we will consider remote locations within our core markets: OH, FL, IN, MD, or GA.
