Human Resources Coordinator
We’re searching for a Human Resources Coordinator to report to the Human Resources Project Manager and be based in Columbus. This position is responsible for:
HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) data entry, maintenance, and expertise including:
Driving optimized use of the HRIS system
Creating, maintaining and ensuring accurate and up-to-date electronic personnel records
Assisting with the development and maintenance of manager training and tools related to system use (in partnership with the HR Project Manager) and evolving those resources in accordance with system updates
Guiding and directing managers on effective system use on a day-to-day basis
Running reports as needed (including regular reporting of HR metrics and record audits)
Troubleshooting system issues in partnership with ADP
Conducting scheduled data verification and other audits
I-9 administration, compliance and follow-up
Generating monthly people analytics data/decks/dashboards for the Chief People Officer
Providing executive assistant support as needed to the CEO and HR team (including but not limited to, expense reports, assist Board meetings, scheduling)
Providing administrative support for the Home Office (including but not limited to, event and meeting coordination, updating floor plans and office equipment)
Responding to background check, loan, and other employment and wage verification inquiries
Recruiting coordination, including initial job postings, maintenance of job postings, scheduling meetings and interviews, tracking candidates, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, following up with candidates, and closing out with candidates at the end of the recruiting process as appropriate
Facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes for Home Office employees
Learning Management System administration (in partnership with the HR Project Manager), including reporting and user enrollments
Approvals of basic leave requests (company sabbatical leave, ect)
Responding to general HR inquiries as appropriate
Maintaining company contact list and org charts
Process and sort HR mail
HR file maintenance/record retention
Supporting internal communications systems
Assist HR Project Manager with HR projects
Qualified applicants will have the following education and experience:
A minimum of 1-2 years of prior HR administration experience, bachelor's degree preferred
Demonstrated keen attention to detail in the context of HR systems and processes
Exceptional judgment and prior professional experience in maintaining strict confidentiality
A positive, helpful, resourceful, service-oriented attitude
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
HRIS and/or other HR systems experience greatly preferred; ADP Workforce Now HR experience preferred
Excel proficiency
Google Workspace experience helpful
